12 Yard Container

A 12 yard dumpster is one of the smallest size rolloff dumpsters for rent. A 12 yard dumpster holds 12 cubic yards of waste. This dumpster size is perfect for tighter spaces and smaller trash loads. A ten yard dumpster is a good size dumpster for a 1 car garage or small basement clean-out. See table below for typical 10 yard dumpster dimensions.

20 Yard Container

A 20 yard dumpster is designed to hold 20 cubic yards of waste. This open top dumpster size is a good size for a kitchen or bathroom remodel project. A twenty yard dumpster will hold approximately 300 square feet of deck debris from a decking project. This dumpster bin is a good size for a 2 car garage clean-out. 30 Yard Container

A 30 yard dumpster is a good size for foreclosures, evictions, estate clean-outs.  Thirty yard dumpsters can hold 30 cubic yards of waste.  They are ideal for roofing removal, demolition debris, basement clean-outs.
